This program, for Wintel PCs, does the hard sums on pp. 100-103 of "Bicycling Science", producing a series of x-y coordinates which can then be input into a CAD program or pencil.  It used to be available from the IHPVA server, but seems to have disappeared from there.  Download the .zip file, extract the files therein and run SETUP.EXE.
